Honey Extraction & Bourbon Tasting

Honey Sommelier, Jay Williams, of Williams Honey Farm will be taking you on a intimate, flavorful journey with a special live honey extraction preceding the tasting. Learn (and taste) the importance of proper honey extraction and then you'll get to pair that fresh honey with select varieties of bourbons and small farm-inspired bites from Green Door Gourmet's kitchen!
