From 1-3pm we will be showing "Charged: The Eduardo Garcia Story" in the Grand Barn. In 2011, Eduardo was shocked with 2400 volts of electricity in a freak incident deep in Montana’s backcountry. Near death, alone and miles from help, Eduardo got up and took his first step towards what would ultimately be years of recovery and rehabilitation.
From 5-7pm we will be showing "Wasted! The Story of Food Waste" in the Grand Barn. This film aims to solve the problem of food waste by changing the way people buy, cook, recycle, and eat food. The world’s most influential chefs demonstrate how to make the most of every kind of food, transforming what most people consider scraps into incredible, delicious dishes that create a more secure food system.
